Radostin Petrov

CEO, Owner

Radostin Petrov is a serial entrepreneur and CEO of number of companies with more than 20 years of investment and project management experience in the IT field.

In March 2002, he established BERS JSC – outsourcing service firm that worked for Group Technologies. The company focuses on the development of a compound multi-platform solution for management of electronic communication and a web application, dedicated to use the Xpages technology.

In January 2004, he established Pi Consult Ltd. – business that had more than 70 people staff. It was an outsourcing company, dedicated to offer high quality solutions for managing corporate marketing resources. The project was sold to German company Brandmaker GmbH.

In 2005, he established and successfully launched Podaraci.bg – an e-Commerce Company.

In 2006, Radostin established Ocean Solutions Ltd. – an outsourcing company located in Sofia, Bulgaria with more than 40 people staff and dedicated to offer innovative online commerce solutions and multi-channel selling. The project was sold to the German company Intershop.

In 2007, he and Galin Dinkov established Zariba Ltd. In the beginning they have been an outsourcing company that worked for Disney.

Since then Radostin keeps working and establishing various businesses – Waphoo JSC, App Chef JSC, Casualino JSC, Zariba Games, Fractal Games, Zariba Game Academy.

Radostin studied in the University of Bochum, Germany.

Iskren Yordanov

CMO

Iskren is the CMO of Casualino JSC. With more than 10 years of experience in digital marketing especially in the gaming field he is currently part of Zariba Group where he’s been managing the marketing department for over 9 years now as well as, managing the marketing team at Casualino (a subsidiary company to Zariba) for 4 years now.

Dimitar Nedelchev

CTO

Dimitar Nedelchev is one of the technical directors of Casualino. He started working for the company in 2015. Dimitar is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s technological strategy that guarantees that technologies are used efficiently and securely. His education is in the field of Microprocessors and Information Technology.

George Boychev

Product Manager

George Boychev is the product manager of Zariba and its subsidiary company Casualino with more than 9 years of experience 5 of which are in the game industry field. He is a professional with many skills. His negotiation skills with important partners and clients are a key to the company’s growth. George graduated from the Academy of Economics in Svishtov with a degree in Marketing & Management, later he specialised in public relations and communications at Varna’s university.

Viktor Vasilev

CTO

Viktor has long career in Zariba Group. He has been involved in many projects as a developer since 2010 and he is senior developer in Casualino Jsc. since 2014.
Viktor studied at Technical University of Varna.

Ivailo Dimitrov

Lead Game Developer

Ivailo is a long term member of Zariba team. Experienced Game Developer, he has been working on various projects for different studios, part of the group since its foundation. He is responsible for delivering high quality games, optimized for mobile and WEB and implementing responsive design. Ivailo studied at Technical University of Varna.

Radostina Tasheva

Lead-Community Manager

Radostina is the Lead-Community Manager for Casualino. She is responsible for the connection between the community of the players and the Casualino Team. She is also managing the community managers team members who are working to deliver the best experience to the Casualino gamer community. Radostina has almost 8 years experience in the Customer Support field 5 of which are in the game industry field.

Anna Palazova

HR & Administration Manager

Anna is part of Zariba Group since 2013. She has Masters Degree in Accounting and Banking Audits from D. A. Academy of Economics – Svishtov, Bulgaria. Before joining Zariba, Anna worked for companies in the financial and banking industry. She is a vital part of the Zariba team and has numerous responsibilities such as HR, Financial controlling and various other administrative and work-related projects.
