Junior Live Ops

Zariba is seeking a highly motivated person to join our team in Varna as a Junior Live Operations Specialist.

As a Junior Live Ops Specialist, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations in our mobile games, especially setup and execution of in-game player engagement, sales and promotions.

What you will do:

• Help set up in-game actions and promotions
• Assist in creating weekly/monthly in-game events
• Work closely with other live-ops specialists
• Ensure the in-game actions, communication, and promotions are set up and tested

Requirements:

• Fast learner, who can master new material
• Detail-oriented with the ability to execute a plan
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to iterate functions and processes
• Being able to prioritize time accordingly
• Passionate about games

What is a bonus:

• Deep understanding of free-to-play games systems and economies
• Quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel
• University degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Economics or similar
