Live Ops Specialist
Zariba is seeking a high-performing, results-oriented Live Operations Specialist to join our team in Varna.
As a Live Ops Specialist on our team, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations and help drive the performance of our titles.
You will help with the configuration and execution of in-game events, sales, and offers to increase user LTV.
What you will do:
- Help define promotions and event strategy
- Help set up in-game actions and promotions
- Assist in creating weekly/monthly in-game events, plan and execute them
- Work closely with other live-ops specialists
- Ensure the in-game actions, communication, and promotions are set up, tested, approved, and released. Follow up post-release to verify the clean deployment
Requirements
- We are looking for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, running live ops, and have the drive to solve problems
- Fast learner who takes pride in mastering tools and processes
- Detail-oriented with the ability to execute a plan
- Strong analytical skills
- Passionate about games
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team
- Proven ability to prioritize time accordingly
